Hong Kong Airport Pick-Up
● The driver will estimate the pick-up time based on the flight arrival time provided by the customer, as well as the expected time needed for immigration clearance and baggage collection. In general, this takes around 40 minutes. The driver will arrive in advance and wait for the customer. If the customer exceeds 60 minutes due to baggage collection, document issues, dining, shopping, or other reasons, an additional fee will apply.
● Any changes must be communicated in advance. The driver will then adjust and delay the airport pick-up time accordingly.
